In our first 8 hours, the REBEL MOON Giclee Art Print campaign raced beyond the campaign goal!
This took me a bit by surprise. And I took a while to think what our first Stretch Goal should be. I love rewarding my backers. And I wanted to offer something major.
Our first Stretch Goal is a big one! I will add an original remarque to each Giclee Art Print rewarded through this Kickstarter campaign! This is a major investment of time for me, but also a significant addition of value to these prints.
If we hit our goal, I will add an original sketch to each Giclee Art Print for you! And you can get these remarqued prints only through this campaign.
Now, I need to go work out the details of a few more Stretch Goals!

Exciting News: Limited Edition Zack Snyder's REBEL MOON Art Prints
I'm thrilled to share something special with you—my official theatrical poster for Zack Snyder's REBEL MOON is now available as an art-quality print!
About a year ago, while I was working on the NUCLEUS X campaign, I got a mysterious message from a company that turned out to be Netflix. They didn’t reveal much at first, not even the movie title! But after signing an NDA and a bit of suspense, I found out it was for Zack Snyder's REBEL MOON. Collaborating closely with Zack and his team, I had the honor of painting the theatrical poster for what has now become a much-loved series. I'm excited to say that the final design thrilled everyone—from the ad agency and Netflix to theatergoers worldwide!
With both Director's Extended Cuts for Rebel Moon – Part One: A Child of Fire and Rebel Moon – Part Two: The Scargiver doing exceptionally well on Netflix, I have a license to launch a new Kickstarter campaign offering you a very limited number of museum-quality art prints of this poster.
Here's the Deal: There are only 100 copies of each print available. But there are even fewer up for grabs in this campaign because Zack Snyder and the ad agency art director already have their prints! So, this really is a limited edition—just a small number of prints compared to the millions of fans who have seen the films.
Because these prints are so limited, I’m also offering a selection of my other popular paintings as art prints in the campaign. If there’s a particular piece you love that isn’t listed, let me know—I might be able to add it to the lineup!

NUCLEUS X has officially been shipped! Well, almost everything. I've done just about as much as I am able. The majority of the rewards went out some time ago, but there were 11 orders that were a bit delayed because those BackerKit survey responses came in after our deadline. Unfortunately, those orders got temporarily hidden in the system, and we couldn't identify them until last week. But the good news is that we've now located the shipping info, and those orders are on their way!

SHIPPING, SHIPPING SHIPPING!

Every shipping problem has now been solved!
After months of solving bureaucratic and technological problems with the shipping for NUCLEUS X almost daily, I was nearly at the point where I expected each solved problem would reveal more new problems in an endless cascade. It really should not be this difficult. I have a hard time believing I am the only creator on Kickstarter and BackerKit to have triggered these bugs in the systems. But I am thrilled to tell you that we are now dashing to the finish line for all shipping.
Next week we will ship any orders that include one or more Giclee Art prints. BackerKit originally made an incorrect charge for the art print shipping. They have now corrected that, and you might have gotten a notice about that change. But we can finally get these amazing art prints winging their way to you!
This week we finally got our freight forwarding app correctly talking to BackerKit and pretty much all international orders (except for any with Giclee Prints, those ship next week) have now been packed and are on their way to the various shipping services. You should have tracking info in your eMail.
I will have another update next week as I get the Giclee Prints and a few odd orders out the door.
There are a number of backers who have not yet responded to the survey or have responded late. I'll be getting to the late responders last.
Now that we are wrapping up, I will finally get NUCLEUS X offered through Bud Plant and on my website store. And I can finally get my next project on track.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING BEGINS!

NUCLEUS X AROUND THE GLOBE!
This is a quick update to let all my international backers know that we have finally gotten the international BackerKit situation fixed. I am thrilled to announce that the first batch of international orders will be going out tomorrow on June 6th. I am on track to have every international order shipped by next week. Except --
We are still working on the Giclee Prints. BackerKit still has not fixed the shipping fee problem. So, all Giclee Prints are still awaiting shipping (and this includes any international orders.)
But we are moving forward. And I hope to quickly follow these international shipments with the print shipments.
